It’s OK to grieve COVID-19 “losses”

It’s ok to be upset over things right now!
BUT….hear me when I say….DO NOT let the upset run your life! There’s a lot MANY are missing out on. My aunt just lost her father and can’t even bury him or show their respect for his life properly. I get it! I really do! Loss is HARD. No matter what you’ve lost. Even if it’s just the loss of your “normal everyday life.” Be bummed out. But find ways to overcome that too!
Spend this time looking for and asking God to show you “NEW” things that maybe you took for granted before during this time. Build the bonds with your family right now. Mend those broken bonds with your spouse or your children. Use zoom and video chat to get closer to family far away! Have a zoom family reunion!! Ask The Lord to show you NEW ways to spend time with family and friends so you’re social but protected!

I saw this somewhere else but it’s so awesome I am gonna share it!

1:9 – Joshua

Have not I commanded you? Be strong, vigorous, and very courageous. Be not afraid, neither be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
Joshua 1:9 AMPC

Grieve the losses…..
But, keep the faith!!!
God bless! Stay safe! Love your family!

Disturb us, Lord, to dare more boldly, To venture on wider seas Where storms will show your mastery; Where losing sight of land, We shall find the stars.
